Itinerary 2025 - 2026 Any Month (LAND ONLY PACKAGE)
Day 1 Nairobi
Upon arrival, pick up from the airport and transfer to the hotel for your tour briefing. You will spend the night at the hotel and your tour begins in the morning the following day. Depending on your arrival time, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed at a local restaurant on your own.
Overnight stay at Ole-Sereni Hotel. Breakfast expected time: 600am to 0730am (Lunch and dinner NOT included)
Day 2 Nairobi -Masai Mara National Reserve
You will be picked up from the hotel by the driver guide and thereafter drive to Masai Mara via via Narok town to Maasai Mara National reserve the land of the Maasai Tribe. The proud young Maasai warrior nomads with their plaited hair red cloaks and spear challenge your curiosity. The 700-square-mile game Reserve is the Africa of your dream complete with animals grazing amid the superb rolling landscape of gentle hills and acacia woodlands. Check in to your first game drive. Afternoon game drive in reserve. Return to the camp before dark. Upon returning to our camp as the sun sets, we sit around the fire and swap stories and photographs while a delicious bush meal is prepared.

Day 3 Masai Mara National Reserve
Today there will be a possibility to take an optional hot air balloon ride (costs excluded). “Take to the skies for the ultimate Masai Mara wildlife adventure, soaring in a hot air balloon over herds of game to the inner reaches of the Mara. You’ll ascend in the early morning, when winds are calmest. Watch as the professional crew fills the balloon with hot air. Slowly the big, colorful bag begins to bulge and take shape. After your incredible flight, it’s time to come back down to earth for breakfast. You might wonder what all the ordinary people are doing on this perfect African morning! Before leaving, the pilot will present you with your balloon flight. Afterwards join the team for a Game drive

Day 4 Masai Mara National Reserve

Day 5 Masai Mara National Reserve - Serengeti National Park
After an early morning breakfast you will be transferred to Isbebania, border where you will enter Serengeti via Ndabaka gate for the game drive, we drive south and west to the western corridor of the great Serengeti via Ndabaka Gate with a picnic lunch. It is a world heritage site, the 7th worldwide wonder and the oldest national park in Tanzania. It is well known for its annual wildebeests of more than 200,000 zebras and 300,000 Thomson's gazelle that migrate in the months of May, June, July, October, November and December. You will have lunch en-route. On arrival, proceed for the afternoon game drive in the park. The park covers 12,944km of open plains making it one of the largest in the world. The rocky outcrops commonly known as Moru kopjes in the eastern part of the park are of scenic beauty and occasionally cats can be seen lazing on them. The park contains vast herds of wildebeest, zebra, gazelle and other antelopes. Later you shall proceed to your lodge before dark in readiness for a delightful dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6 Serengeti National Park - Seronera Area
After breakfast you will leave with the camp with a picnic lunch for a full day game drive in this famous park. Continue with your drive with a picnic lunch stop-over in the park. Continue with your drive till late in the evening when you return back to the camp for dinner and overnight. Serengeti National Park (Serengeti) is best known for its abundance of animals and the great wildebeest migration. Serengeti has the highest concentration of large mammals on this planet. There are numerous lions, spotted hyenas, leopards, elephants, rhinoceroses, hippopotamuses, giraffes, cheetahs, and baboons. Crocodiles inhabit the marshes near the Mara River. More than 350 species of birds, including ostriches, vultures, and flamingos, have also been recorded.

Day 7 Serengeti National Park- Ngorongoro Crater
You will wake early for breakfast then transfer to Ngorongoro Crater with your packed lunch. Upon arrival you will descend into the Crater floor (19.2 km of diameter, 610m deep, 304 sq. km) which is home to an estimated 30,000 animals. Ngorongoro Crater supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, rhino, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park is its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard. You will continue with your game drive in this wonderful caldera. Break for lunch at a picnic site within the crater. Later after lunch you will ascend to the top of the crater then transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8 Ngorongoro crater – Arusha (Your departure airport should be JRO)
After breakfast we will depart for JRO airport via Arusha. Our journey will take in the picturesque town of Arusha. Arusha sits at the foot of rugged Mount Meru and is the gateway to most of Tanzania’s safari areas. If you fly out of Nairobi then the journey continues to Nairobi via Namanga border for your flight back home. You may consider staying another night in Nairobi in order to avoid any delays i. e. crossing the border etc. You will later be dropped at you the airport. If your flight is later you can enjoy a meal on your own at a famous game restaurant. This will mark the end of your trip.
